West Coast Embroidery will get a quote to you within two days.
How long before work can
start?
Work will normally commence within a week of the quote being
accepted.

How long for delivery?
From start to completion is two weeks usually, although urgent jobs
can be quicker. We are happy to discuss.
Do you provide samples?
Yes. Samples of stitch outs and garments (limited to three).

What happens if I’m not happy?
West coast Embroidery loves to keep their customers happy which is
why we provide samples to be approved before work commences.
Refunds are only provided if there is a manufacturing fault.
Is there a fee for set up?
Yes, once only fee, starting at $25.00 and up to $130.00 depending
on the complexity of the design and if there is more than one design
for the job. There are no set up fees for orders of 50 garments
and over (with only one size logo). Set up is included in the quote.

What influences the cost of the
job?
The size and complexity of picture influence the number of colours
and stitches. This is will influence the final cost . Garment prices vary depending on quantity.
Is there a discount if I
order a certain number?
The more you order the less it will cost you.

with?
For embroidery, jpg, pdf or bmp file via email. Vector line file
for screen printing, eps or ai file.

How many colours can I have
in my logo?
15 colours for embroidery. Unlimited in some types of
screen printing. We will help you through this. Remember the
more colours possibly a greater cost.
What fonts are there to choose
from?
The type of logo and size will determine what are the most
appropriate fonts therefore it's best to discuss this with us.
